Registration Information

Non- student registrations includes up to two (2) paper submissions

Student registrations include one (1) paper submission

Papers have a 7 page limit. There is a $100 extra page charge for papers over limit.

In cases of U.S. visa denial or delay, authors of accepted papers may submit documentation to info@ieee-idcd.org. The organizing committee will evaluate alternative presentation options on a case-by-case basis.

Registration includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks during conference hours as well as dinner on Thursday 4/23/26.

Registration fees does not include travel, lodging, or other expenses.
