Final Submission

Final Paper submissions are due March 22nd, 2026. You will find further instructions below.

Paper Length and Language

Regular IDCD 2026 papers must be 5 to 7 pages, including authors’ biographies. An additional fee of USD 100 per extra page applies beyond 7 pages. Please use the official IEEE conference templates (Word/LaTeX) available below.

 

English is the working language of the conference. If English is not your native language, please have your paper read by a native English speaker, or seek online services to improve the language of your paper. Please note that your paper is subject to further review and it may be rejected if it is deemed that English of your paper is not acceptable. IEEE provides services to assist authors in editing paper submissions. Please go to: IEEE Author Services for more information. 

IEEE Copyright

DO NOT INCLUDE the traditional IDCD 2026 copyright line on the bottom of the first page of the paper. IEEE will automatically insert this after you submit your final paper. See the Author Central section of the conference website for detailed instructions.

Conference Registration 

IDCD 2026 requires every accepted paper to be linked to a FULL conference registration by one of the paper authors.  Non- student registrations includes up to two (2) paper submissions, while Student registrations include one (1) paper submission.

Presentation Format

All accepted papers will be presented orally. The preliminary conference program and schedule are expected to be posted on the conference website by the end of March 2026. Please use the presentation template at this link
